LLM Construction Law and Arbitration
Civil Engineer with more than 15 years’ experience in the entire project management life cycle starting from market research, bid preparation, design phase, project execution and completion. Currently focused on contract administration, claim management and dispute resolution in accordance with standard conditions of contract such as FIDIC, ADB, ENNA and similar. Proven accomplishment through Fellow membership (FCIArb) in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Dušan also holds LLM (Master of Laws) in Construction Law and Arbitration at Robert Gordon University (UK) and he is listed under ACES (Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia) Pro list of adjudicators and experts.
Acting as a Lead Counsel, Dušan managed numerous construction disputes in accordance with various Alternative Dispute Resolution rules, resulting in positive binding and enforceable awards for his Clients.
Dušan Arbanovski also has extensive experience in project management of 15+ infrastructure projects in the cumulative value of more than EUR 200 Mil and procurement/tendering procedures according to the rules of various International Financing Institutions’ (EU funds, EBRD, World Bank, KfW, ADB. AfDB etc.)
